Forward Kennedy White is making a huge step in her soccer career after she announced her commitment to play for Győri ETO FC.

This key player from Canton, Michigan has been a key player for the Mississippi State Bulldogs. White was named to the Hermman Trophy Watchlist, which is awarded to the most prestigious award in college soccer. This is an accomplishment no other MSU player has achieved.

White also played a key role for the team during the NCAA Tournament Round of 32 vs. No. 14 Brown. She assisted on the game winning goal that advanced MSU to the Sweet 16 for the first time in program history.

This graduate student also earned the 2022 MAC Offensive Player of the Year and made the 2022 First Team All-MAC. She scored 12 goals with two assists last season and racked up 26 points.

Her signing with Győri ETO highlights her individual achievements and adds to the growth of women's soccer globally.

Although she played only her final season of collegiate eligibility at Mississippi State, White becoming an addition to the club makes a strong statement about herself and her abilities, as well as shedding light to the potential Mississippi State soccer creates.

The club has won the Hungarian League four times and is currently ranked No. 2 in the NB II league. Since White has signed with Győri ETO, the future of her soccer career is extremely bright.
