Where Mississippi State Ranks In Baseball America's Recruiting Class
Mississippi State baseball has had its ups and downs as of late, but there's no question the Bulldogs regularly bring in a high level of talent on the recruiting trail.
MSU's latest recruiting class was pinned as the seventh-best in the country of Tuesday per Baseball America.
This is a testament to the way the Bulldogs have utilized the transfer portal and speaks to the quality of the freshmen head coach Chris Lemonis and co. brought to the program. In total, the Bulldogs feature 27 new faces.
In the fold, MSU has four Top 100 transfers according to Baseball America and four transfers on the Top 130 D1Baseball Transfer list.
Toward the beginning of the fall, the Dawgs were ranked with the No. 10 recruiting class in the United States by Collegiate Baseball News.
With other sports currently in full swing, MSU baseball is preparing for the upcoming season with action underway for fall ball.
The Bulldogs travel to Ruston, La. for a fall exhibition contest against Louisiana Tech over the weekend to give a first look at what this promising group brings to the table.
