Watch: Mississippi State Men's Basketball Players, Coach Chris Jans Talk 63-52 Win Over Missouri

Mississippi State men's basketball players and coach Chris Jans met with the media after Saturday's win over Mizzou.

Mississippi State men's basketball got the outcome it was after on Sunday when the Bulldogs topped the visiting Missouri Tigers, 63-52 in Humphrey Coliseum.

MSU held the momentum for the entirety of the contest, never trailing at any point. It marked another huge outing for Tolu Smith on what's been an impressive college career up to this point as he tallied 25 points and 12 rebounds in the Bulldogs' third consecutive win.

It was also Smith's 10th-career double-double. The only active player in the SEC with more career double-doubles than Smith totals is Kentucky's Oscar Tshiebewe, who has 25.

Bulldogs head coach Chris Jans and multiple members of the team met with the media following the game.

"I thought DJ Jeffries and then Cam Matthews did an excellent job... at one point I had (Shakeel Moore) out there with I don't know, seven or eight minutes left maybe and I turned to them and I go 'we're playing with fire' with that much time so we just subbed them out and put our trust in the other guys that they could hold it together."
