Complete 2024 Mississippi State Football Schedule Revealed

The Southeastern Conference announced the dates for all teams in the revamped league following the additions of Oklahoma and Texas and the subtractions of divisions.

Mississippi State football turned the page to next season before this rough one even ended, as they hired former Oklahoma offensive coordinator Jeff Lebby to be its next head coach on Nov. 25 and he's added several new members to his staff since then. The Bulldogs have also added and lost players from upcoming recruiting classes, and of course, the transfer portal.

Nevertheless, the SEC has also made big-time changes for next season and the future, as the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas will play football in the prestigious conference in 2024. Additionally, the Southeastern Conference removed divisions, meaning the SEC West and SEC East are no more.

With all this excitement pouring in before bowl games are even played, the SEC revealed every team's schedule for next season on Wednesday night.

Four of Mississippi State's non-conference games have already been revealed, as the Bulldogs will open the season at home against Eastern Kentucky on Aug. 31, travel to Arizona State on Sept. 7, play Toledo in Starkville, Miss. on Sept. 14, and the only other contest that's been announced is against UMass on Nov. 2 at home.

The top two teams in the league standings based on winning percentage will play in the SEC Football Championship Game in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on December 7.
