    First-year head coach Jeff Lebby will go through his first early signing day and hopes to land the Bulldogs a consensus top-25 class. He's placed a big emphasis on in-state recruiting so far, and it has translated into 12 commits from in-state prospects.

    Prospects to Watch:

    Braylon Burnside: Consensus 4-star wide receiver from Starkville, MS. The Bulldogs are the favorites to land the talented receiver, but he will announce on Jan. 3rd at the Under Armour All-American Game.

    Daniel Hill: Consensus 4-star athlete from Meridan, Miss. This is a MSU and Alabama battle all the way, and if the Crimson Tide has room for Hill it will be tough for the Bulldogs to land the talented running back. He's also set to announce at his own All-American Game on January 6th.
