Mississippi State Football has its 2025 Conference Schedule
STARKVILLE, Miss. — The Mississippi State Bulldogs have their first look at their 2025 conference schedule. It is never too early for a schedule to be revealed in the SEC, and once again, the Bulldogs face a meat grinder.
Mississippi State's home games include Ole Miss, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. MSU plays all of these teams on the road this year, so while it would rather play them at home, it still is a brutal home schedule, but it will fill up the stands at Davis Wade Stadium.
Mississippi State's road schedule is a lot more manageable as they travel to Texas A&M, Florida, Arkansas, and Missouri. Who knows what the Florida and Arkansas programs will look like a year from now, as both head coaches are firmly on the hot seat.
Traveling to Gainesville and Columbia will be a long time coming for the Bulldogs. The last time Mississippi State traveled to Florida was in 2010, the second year under head coach Dan Mullen, and the last time they traveled to Missouri was in 2015.
The Bulldogs did win both of those games, and they are also in an exciting time under first-year head coach Jeff Lebby. It will likely be year two of the Lebby era, and he will welcome his former bosses, Josh Heupel and Lane Kiffin, to Starkville.
It is a tough schedule, no doubt, but with the new look SEC, there is no easy draw.
