Maybe it's a good thing the Missouri Tigers team basketball team is on the road this weekend. Then again, it may not matter where they play right now.

With frustrations beginning to boil over, as Missouri still hasn't been able to notch a win in SEC play this season, it heads to Arkansas for a morning game against the Razorbacks.

If the Tigers had just one more major contributor on offense, things might have been very different this season. Mizzou has four players scoring in double figures with Sean East II (16.4), Tamar Bates (13.7), Noah Carter (11.8) and Nick Honor (10.7).

That part of the stat sheet has been more than favorable as Mizzou hasn't finished a season with four players averaging in double figures since five did so in 2012-13. Overall, 11 different Tigers have scored at least 10 points in a game this season, the most by MU since the 2017-18 team also had 11.

But that doesn't accurately reflect the depth issues that have developed through injuries, etc. Those four players have combined to score 78.9 percent of the team's points during SEC play. No one else has managed to average more than 3.2 points against SEC competition. Only four times in 13 league games has a non-starter reached double-digit scoring.

Maybe this will be the fifth.
