Cooper DeJean's punt return for a touchdown late in Iowa's game Saturday against Minnesota was taken off the board after a video review. Dr. Rob says it was the correct call, but he understands why Iowa fans are upset. He notes that the whole controversy would have been avoided had officials blown the play dead when DeJean waved his left arm as the ball was coming his way.
