Nebraska senior captain Billie Andrews could not be stopped over the weekend at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Cathedral City, Calif.

The shortstop was named the NCAA Player of the Week and Big Ten Player of the Week for the second time in her career, while a Husker won the award for the second straight week.

She went 13-for-21 (.619) at the Mary Nutter Classic with one double, four home runs, six RBIs, eight runs scored and a 1.238 slugging percentage. Her statistics came against three ranked opponents a fourth that is receiving votes.

The Huskers went 2-3 against five teams who appeared in last year's NCAA Tournament.

Andrews led the entire tournament in hits, home runs, and slugging percentage while ranking third in batting average and runs scored.
