Football season is officially underway as the countdown is on to Texas A&M for Notre Dame

Notre Dame football is underway for the 2024 season.

One month before the Fighting Irish open Marcus Freeman's third season as head coach at Texas A&M, Notre Dame held their first practice of fall camp on Wednesday.

It featured players in helmets but not even shoulder pads but set the tone for the regular season that everything is now a countdown until.

Some news was made after the practice as Marcus Freeman broke down the first day and some off-season happenings.
