Notre Dame Injury Forces Depth Chart Shuffle Ahead of Northern Illinois Game

Notre Dame will open the home schedule Saturday against Northern Illinois but will do so without a starting wide receiver

Notre Dame is fresh off an impressive road victory over Texas A&M and now heads home to open the Notre Dame Stadium portion of the 2024 schedule with a bout against Northern Illinois.

Notre Dame obviously has to avoid a let down against a Northern Illinois team that will be making its first trip east to South Bend from their friendly confines of DeKalb.

Notre Dame has released its depth chart for the game with the change to focus on being at wide receiver and punt returner after Jordan Faison left Saturday's game with what Marcus Freeman called an ankle injury.
