Notre Dame Recruiting Hour: Big Time Visitors Headed To Campus, Favorite 2024 Defensive Recruits
Notre Dame has gone through a bit of a quiet period on the recruiting trail due to the actual dead period as well as the coaching staff going through some changes. That's starting to change, and recruiting is starting to heat up again.
In our latest Notre Dame Recruiting Hour episode the team discusses the big visitors that are headed to campus soon, they break down their favorite recruits on defense in the 2024 class, and they also discuss how the loss of Brandyn Hillman from the 2023 class impacts the Irish depth chart and future recruiting efforts.
The Hillman news leads the show, and the guys discuss plenty on the subject, including how important it is that Notre Dame get safety recruiting fixed in a hurry.
Next they dive into the upcoming visitors, with big time Missouri tight end Jaden Reddell setting things off. The Peculiar (Mo.) Raymore-Peculiar star is headed to campus around March 25th. Reddell is a 7-on-7 teammate of five-star quarterback CJ Carr, and the Irish are pushing hard for the talented pass catcher.
Pittsburgh (Pa.) Central Catholic linebacker Cole Sullivan is an underrated player on the board for Notre Dame. Sullivan has made multiple trips to Notre Dame in the past, and he'll be back on campus again on the last day of the month.
Pennsylvania defensive end Mylachi Williams and Arkansas linebacker Brian Huff were also recently added to the spring visitor list, and the guys break down where things stand.
Next they go into a discussion of their favorite recruits on the defensive board in the 2024 class. The team discusses defensive linemen Mylachi Williams and Kellen Lindstrom, linebacker Cameron Pruitt, and defensive backs Jaylen McClain and Demello Jones.
Of course, following that discussion the guys held a recruiting mailbag.
