Since Gino Guidugli has taken over as quarterback coach at Notre Dame, he has been putting in a lot of work on the recruiting trail. When the coaches have been on the road, he has been making his rounds to schools of some of the top passers in the 2025 recruiting class and evaluating a long list of talented quarterbacks.

Among the more talented signal callers Notre Dame has done homework on is 2025 Fort Worth (Texas) All Saints Episcopal quarterback Kelden Ryan, who made a trip to campus this past week for an evaluation camp. Ryan is a player that has been on Notre Dame’s radar for some time.

"Coach Gino made the trip out to All Saints this spring and watched me workout,” Ryan told Irish Breakdown. "I had a chance to speak with him on campus and when we’ve been allowed to recently. He’s a great guy and really seems invested in me.”

On this recent visit, Ryan came away as one of the top performers at the camp. It offered a unique opportunity to work with the Notre Dame coaches and explore South Bend afterwards.

"Overall, everything went great,” explained Ryan. "I had a really good camp and got to check out the practice afterwards. This was our first trip to campus. It was really nice. My family and I liked it a lot.”

Although Ryan left that visit without an offer, he has expectations that it could come in the future. By all accounts, he showed the staff what makes him such a gifted player with a lot of upside at quarterback.

"The staff showed me a lot of love when I was out there,” he said. "Coach Gino told me that I was very talented and could definitely play at Notre Dame. We had a private workout at the end and he said I did great.”

Ryan has the talent to ascend to be one of the top quarterbacks in the 2025 recruiting class. Rivals currently has him pegged as the No. 28 quarterback in the class and has the talent to be much higher before long.

The 6-1, 195-pound dual threat is generating a lot of interest from schools all across the country. Some of his notable offers so far include Penn State, Miami, Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Virginia Tech, Texas Tech, Washington State, Baylor, Missouri, Duke, Cal, Colorado and Vanderbilt among others.
