Notre Dame Targets Visiting Other Places In Week 11
While Notre Dame is on a bye week, there are still some key Irish recruits and targets who will be on the road. There are three games in particular that have a slew of important Notre Dame recruits set to visit.
Here are the key targets, and where they will be this weekend. How teams perform, and how those visits go overall will be important to watch. The 2025 Notre Dame class is off to a fast start, which they hope to continue moving forward.
FLORIDA STATE AT MIAMI
Here are the Notre Dame targets expected at Miami this weekend.
WR Daylan McCutcheon - Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy
McCutcheon is one of the top wide receivers on the board for Notre Dame. He has already visited campus twice, including their game this season against USC. The Texas native is worth keeping an eye on moving forward.
WR Jaime Ffrench - Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin
Ffrench was a player that Notre Dame was very high on early on, but obviously him committing to Alabama is a tough hill to climb. Expect Notre Notre to stay in contact but it’s unlike any momentum is created, at least enough to make things interesting.
WR Koby Howard - Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Western
Howard visited this season for the USC game, which was his second overall trip to Notre Dame. The communication between both sides has been inconsistent but has improved recently. There appear to be other wide receivers a little higher on the board for the Irish currently.
OT David Sanders Jr. - Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day School
In the past, Sanders has spoken highly of Notre Dame. They are even a program that he wanted an offer from. That’s where the momentum ended. Sanders hasn’t visited campus before and there doesn’t seem any intention to do so anytime soon.
DL Armondo Blount - Miami (Fla.) Central
Blount is currently committed to Florida State. There has been very little traction with him since being offered earlier this year. He isn’t a player that Notre Dame is pushing for.
LSU AT FLORIDA
Here are the Notre Dame targets expected at Florida this weekend.
QB Nathan Bernhard (2026) - Ashland (Ohio) High School
Bernhardt visited Notre Dame for the Pitt game a couple of weeks ago, which was his first trip to campus. While the Ohio native doesn’t currently hold an offer from the Irish, he is a quarterback they are keeping a close eye on. There is a plan for Gino Guidugli to get out to see him throw in January.
RB James Simon - Shreveport (La.) Calvary Baptist Academy
Simon visited Notre Dame for the first time for the USC game. The Louisiana native came away from that trip very impressed by everything that the university could offer. Notre Dame will continue to recruit Simon, who is one of the better running backs in the 2025 recruiting class.
LB Keylan Moses - Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab
The younger brother of former Alabama linebacker Dylan Moses, he was also the teammate of current Notre Dame linebacker Jaiden Ausberry. Moses is a player that Notre Dame likes but other linebackers have become more realistic targets. There is also a commitment date coming up for Moses, and obviously Notre Dame will not be the pick.
OREGON AT USC
Here are the Notre Dame targets expected at USC this weekend.
WR Cooper Perry - Scottsdale (Ariz.) Notre Dame Prep
Perry was very high on Notre Dame. If the Irish staff chose to push, they would be incredibly hard to beat. Unfortunately he is not a player that Notre Dame is prioritizing right now.
LB Nasir Wyatt - Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei
Notre Dame is working diligently to try and get Wyatt to visit. Obviously that hasn’t happened yet and until it does, don’t expect much movement. He is, however, a player that the Irish staff likes a ton and one that they are pushing for.
