Ohio State Buckeyes receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is projected to go second in the 2024 NFL Draft, according to the latest projection from ESPN.

Analyst Jordan Reid has the Buckeyes junior being chosen by the Arizona Cardinals with the No. 2 overall pick, going off the board behind only USC quarterback Caleb Williams.

Harrison has made a name for himself through his three years at Ohio State. While the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-native began his career with 11 receptions for 139 yards and three touchdowns in 2021, Harrison made headlines during the 2022 Rose Bowl.

The son of former NFL receiver Marvin Harrison Sr. recorded three touchdowns and 71 yards on six catches against the Utah Utes. Harrison was one of only two Buckeyes to score in the 48-45 victory, along with current NFL receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba (three touchdowns).

Harrison has compiled 766 yards and six touchdowns through seven games and 42 receptions this season. Among these catches are two career-longs for Harrison: a 71-yard reception against Youngstown State, followed the very next week by a 75-yard snag against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.

The Arizona Cardinals could be in the market for a wideout in the coming draft as Marquise Brown (Arizona's leading receiver) has almost half the yards of Harrison with just ten fewer receptions. Additionally, only four of the 11 Cardinals with receiving yards this season are receivers, with the rest being either tight ends or running backs.

Wherever he is chosen, Harrison will add to a long line of current and former NFL receivers who have come from Ohio State.
