Oklahoma’s defensive line got a massive boost on Thursday night.

Da’Jon Terry, who transferred to Norman from Tennessee last year, is returning for the 2024 season, Terry announced on X.

Gobbling up space at the heart of OU’s defensive line, Terry totaled 17 tackles, including 3.0 tackles for loss and one sack.

A run-stopper for defensive tackles coach Todd Bates, Terry stands 6-foot-3 and 321 pounds.

Why Danny Stutsman 'Wasn't Ready' to Leave Oklahoma for the NFL Draft

Brent Venables defense already got fantastic news in the return of linebacker Danny Stutsman and safety Billy Bowman, and the return of Terry should make a formidable spine for the Sooners’ defense as the program heads to the SEC next year.
