Oklahoma Lands Third Commitment in 2025 Class

With the Sooners hosting over 30 recruits on Wednesday, Brent Venables and company have already earned one commitment from the bunch.

Ka'Mori Moore, a 2025 defensive lineman from Lee's Summit, MO, committed to Oklahoma on Wednesday night.

Moore is rated as a 3-star prospect according to On3, and has impressed the Sooners' coaching staff this summer. In June, the Lee's Summit North standout participated in the Brent Venables Elite Camp after being offered in late April.

The 310-pound interior defensive lineman is teammates with 2024 5-star OU target Williams Nwaneri and 4-star 2025 Sooners' wide receiver target Isaiah Mozee. All three prospects are coached at Lee's Summit North by Jamar Mozee, a former Oklahoma running back.

Moore's commitment gives OU another card to play with Nwaneri, who is still deciding between Oregon, Missouri, Georgia and Oklahoma.

Former LSN offensive lineman Cayden Green is also a freshman on the Sooners' roster.

Moore joins Carl Albert (OK) 4-star quarterback Kevin Sperry and Ennis (TX) 4-star wideout Gracen Harris in the Sooners' 2025 class.

Earlier in the day, Sperry sent out a foreshadowing Tweet, indicating that there was good news on the way for OU fans.

The talented trench player was in Norman for a massive recruiting event hosted by the Sooners that saw over 30 prospects on campus. With so many recruits on campus this week for Venables and company, there is a chance that more good news will come in the following weeks.

Over the past month, Oklahoma has had a great amount of success recruiting in the 2024 class. Moore's commitment shows that OU may also be picking up steam in the 2025 cycle.
