With an astonishingly quick first step off the line of scrimmage, great bend around the edge and good strength as a rusher, Okoye has the potential to develop into an extremely high level edge rusher. If he is able to learn and develop under Miguel Chavis, Okoye’s elite athleticism gives him a chance to get on the field early during his career in Norman.
