Evaluation: At 6-foot-4, 240 pounds, Wyatt Gilmore has the physique of a Brent Venables and Miguel Chavis edge rusher. Also a solid athlete, Gilmore played basketball and competed in shot put and discuss in track and field. On the football field, Gilmore has good explosiveness for an edge player combined with a good amount of power and solid hand placement. Once Gilmore is able to add weight, he should slot perfectly into the mold of edge rusher that the Sooners look for as they head to the SEC.
