247Sports rank: 4-star, No. 37

Evaluation: With electrifying speed, Zion Ragins is likely the fastest member of the Sooners’ 2024 recruiting class, battling fellow speedster KJ Daniels. Ragins, who ran a 10.40 in the 100-meter dash, is a dangerous deep-ball receiver as he can easily run by most defenders. Additionally, Ragins has great quickness and is very elusive in the open field, making his a threat to score in run-after-catch situations. Similar to the way Hollywood Brown beat opposing defenses on vertical routes and short routes, Ragins possesses the same versatility.
