The Oklahoma State Cowboys are set to take on one of three nationally ranked Big 12 opponents in No. 23 Kansas -- with Oklahoma (No. 5) and Texas (No. 9) being the other two -- as they look to pick up their second straight upset win in a row.

One Big 12 game has been played for Week 7, as Houston took down West Virginia on Thursday with a 49-yard hail mary pass in the final seconds. It's only fitting that the pass was caught by Oklahoma State transfer Stephon Johnson.

With one game finished for the Big 12 on the weekend, here's how the All Pokes staff selected each of the remaining games:

Oklahoma State vs. Kansas (-3)

Nick Friesen: I like Oklahoma State in this one. With the uncertainty at quarterback for Kansas, OSU has had time to figure out Jason Bean. Oliie Gordon will get it going offensively. That will open up the playbook for Alan Bowman and the offense. Look for Bowman to have a big game. Oklahoma State +3

Ivan White: As inspiring as Oklahoma State’s performance was last week, Kansas may just be on another level than the Cowboys. The Jayhawks are solidly third in the conference behind Oklahoma and Texas, and they’ll cruise to a win in Stillwater. Kansas -3

Logan Jones: Without Jalen Daniels, I don’t think the Kansas offense operates anywhere near its full potential. I like what OSU brings to the table offensively to exploit some of the Jayhawks’ weaknesses. Oklahoma State +3

Kade Kimble: While it'll be tough for Oklahoma State to win if they can't convert touchdowns and instead settle for field goals, they're going to be able to play close enough to backdoor cover at minimum. Oklahoma State +3

Iowa State vs. Cincinnati (-5)

Nick: Both teams are inconsistent. Iowa State had a bad game against Oklahoma, then came back and took down TCU. Cincinnati has stumbled out of the gates this season, especially in conference play. I like the Cyclones to keep it rolling. Iowa State +5

Ivan: Much like Houston, Cincinnati will grab its first conference win this weekend. The Cyclones will have a chance late but ultimately will fall just short of the win. Iowa State +5

Logan: I think Iowa State is a much better team than we gave them credit for in the preseason. The defense is still good, and the offense is getting better. Iowa State +5

Kade: With both teams having had rocky play so far this season, it's hard to imagine either team gets up too big on the other. While Cincinnati will likely take the win, they'll struggle to cover. Iowa State +5

BYU vs. TCU (-5.5)

Nick: This will be an interesting one in Fort Worth. Byu is another team that has surprised some people. TCU has been sluggish ever since its season opener against Colorado. I think the crowd will be a factor in this one. I like BYU to cover, but TCU will take this one. BYU +5.5

Ivan: It’s been a rough year for TCU this season, but it will turn things around with a big win against BYU on Saturday. The national runner-up will get an important win in their final home game for nearly a month. TCU -5.5

Logan: BYU is by far the best of the newcomers to the Big 12 conference this year. They have the talent and experience on the roster necessary to take down TCU. BYU +5.5

Kade: While BYU might be the best newcomer, TCU is a consistently solid squad, and they're battling roster turnover from last season, and they're going to be able to take care of business as they begin to figure things out consistently. TCU -5.5

Kansas State vs. Texas Tech (-1.5)

Nick: When there is a night game in Lubbock; strange things happen. Kansas State looked like a different team last week against OSU. Texas Tech is due for a big-time win. Give me the Red Raiders in this one. Texas Tech -1.5

Ivan: Things may begin to spiral out of control for the reigning Big 12 champs as they head south to face the Red Raiders. After a big win against Baylor, Texas Tech looks poised to build a winning streak. Texas Tech -1.5

Logan: Despite the setback against OSU last week, I still think that Kansas State is a very good team. I fully expect them to bounce back against Texas Tech this week. Kansas State +1.5

Kade: The loss to Oklahoma State last weekend will be the exact wakeup call needed for Kansas State, this should help them win as underdogs to Texas Tech, who's taken some rough losses this season. Kansas State +1.5
