Next Man Up: Highlights From Oklahoma State DB Signee Landyn Cleveland

OSU safety commit Landyn Cleveland is the top-rated defensive back in Oklahoma State's 2024 recruiting class. Cleveland is rated as a three-star recruit and is the 64th-ranked safety in the class. Listed at 6-foot, 185 pounds, the Mansfield, Texas product certainly has the frame to play defensive back at a high level.
Cleveland plays with a lot of power, especially for his size. He is a good tackler who is not afraid to hit people. He looks smooth in zone coverage and is able to read the quarterback's eyes effectively. He possesses good ball skills and is good at getting his hands on the ball to intercept it or knock it away.
