Webb participated in four games this season, recording no stats. The junior transferred from Jones College last season, where he 28 tackles and six interceptions in 2022.

In 2021 for the Bobcats, Webb had 29 tackles and three interceptions. His nine pass breakups that season was ranked 12th in the NJCAA.

Webb had offers from Mississippi State, Virginia Tech, Kansas, Washington State Hawaii when he was transferring in 2022, but he chose Oklahoma State. Now, he will be looking for another home next season.

With Webb leaving, the Cowboys should be fine in the safety position as Cameron Epps and Lyric Rawls along with several other players could return at the position.

Trey Rucker could come back for the Cowboys next season, and he would be a bright spot on the defense in 2024.

Rucker had 94 tackles this season for Oklahoma State, including 10 tackles in the win over Houston.

The senior was also a ball-hawk against the Cougars, for he collected first and only interception of the regular season against Houston.

Epps had a terrific freshman season for the Cowboys. He had three interceptions on the season, including two in the victory over Kansas State. The freshman also had 35 tackles on the season, including 10 against Iowa State.

Another player that could step at the safety position for the Cowboys is Lyric Rawls.

Rawls, who suffered a season-ending knee injury this season, recorded 20 tackles and one interception in his three games played in 2023. His interception came in the win over Arizona State in the second week of the regular season.

The safety position could be one of the bright spots next season for Oklahoma State's defense if everyone comes back and produces like they did this season.
