After a bad loss last week, Oklahoma State is hoping a fresh look will help it get a victory.

The Cowboys will be going with a white-and-black look against the Cyclones. It will be the first appearance of the black pants this season.

OSU will also be wearing Pistol Pete on the helmet for the first time this season. It will not be the exact opposite of Iowa State's combination, but it's close.

ISU will be trying to get past a rough loss with a good look too. The Cyclones will be rocking an all-black look for their first Big 12 matchup of the season.

Blackouts always seem to fire up a crowd, so Ames could be even tougher for OSU to win in. Both teams have struggled mightily on offense and a low-scoring game is likely on the way.

OSU’s quarterback situation is still in flux, but a decision could be made soon. With Alan Bowman named the starter for this game, OSU could officially have its QB1.

The Cowboys will try to move to 3-1 and get their season back on track. If they cannot beat a Cyclones team that just lost to Ohio, the Cowboys' chance of making a bowl game will drop dramatically.
