STILLWATER -- Oklahoma State picked up their 15th commitment in the 2020 class Tuesday evening when three-star receiver out of Scottsdale (Saguaro), AZ Matt Polk announced his commitment via Twitter.

The 6-4, 210-pound receiver is easily one of the top-10 receivers out west and that includes the talent rich California. He also checks in as the No. 537 overall prospect in the country according to the 247Sports Composite, although 247Sports has him ranked as high as No. 390.

Following his commitment, Polk spoke with 247Sports' Blair Angulo about why he stuck with the Pokes after taking is official visit back in April.

"Really, through everything, Oklahoma State is where my heart was," said Polk. Even since I got the offer, I've been fired up about them because they have an offense that fits me. I feel like Oklahoma State is going to elevate my game to where I want it to be - they have great coaches.

"The coaching staff is a real big upside, especially coach Kasey Dunn the receiver coach. He's seasoned and knows what he's talking about and it shows. Coach Gundy is as well and I really like the personality he has. Continuing and creating my own legacy at Oklahoma State is going to be so exciting and the family history there was a real big upside as well."

Polk's father, Raymond Polk, played defensive back for the Cowboys back in 1981 and '82.

Polk's a great addition to the class thanks to his size, strength and ball skills. You can also check out the numerous Hudl videos Polk has uploaded.
