STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State football team is back in the rankings in this week's Associated Press Poll, while also receiving votes in the USA Today/Amway Coaches Poll. The previously unranked Cowboys slot into the No. 25 spot in the AP Poll and are one spot out of the top 25 in the Coaches Poll.

This marks the second time head coach and the Cowboys (6-3; 3-3 Big 12) have been ranked this season. The last time the Cowboys were ranked was in week 6 this season when they were placed at No. 21.

The Cowboys are coming off of impressive consecutive victories, including an upset on the road against then-No.23 Iowa State and a home victory over TCU.

Three other Big 12 teams appeared in both of the national polls this week, including Oklahoma (No. 10/8), Baylor (No. 12/10) and Texas (No. 22/23).

Oklahoma State will look to move up in the rankings when it hosts conference foe Kansas this coming Saturday in Stillwater. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. on FS1.
