STILLWATER -- I guess what they say is true, you never stop recruiting as Oklahoma State offensive line coach Charlie Dickey has extended an offer to Union 2020 prospect Jake Henry. Henry took to Twitter on Sunday to announce the offer.

Henry is a 6-4, 260-pound offensive lineman out of Tulsa (OK) Union in the 2020 recruiting class. Oklahoma State happens to be his first D1 offer, but he currently holds offers from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK, East Central in Ada and Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva.

Henry's also been in Stillwater on campus several times over the past few years, including the past two Junes for Oklahoma State's Down and Dirty linemen camps.

Union is having a rather down season as they're currently 3-4 on the season, 2-2 in in district play, but as you can see from the highlight below, it's certainly not because of Henry.

He's fast off the snap, has good hands and is a finisher and a mauler. I understand that it's just a highlight tape and doesn't show every snap, but he finishes most everyone of the blocks on the ground.

Henry's currently not ranked by any recruiting site, but with the history that Charlie Dickey's had of taking unknown products and having great success, it leads me to believe that maybe the recruiting services missed this one.

Oklahoma State currently holds 17 commitments in the 2020 class that's led by four-star pro-style quarterback Shane Illingworth out of Norco, CA.

The class also features six commits from the state of Oklahoma, which is a rather rare occurrence, but they're certainly quality athletes. That group is led by four-star offensive lineman Eli Russ out of Plainview and also features linebackers Cole Thompson out of Norman and Jeff Roberson out of Choctaw, receiver/corner Brennan Presley and corner Jordan Reagan out of Bixby and safety Zach Middleton out of Bishop Kelley in Tulsa.
