The Oklahoma State Cowboys haven't been able to match Kansas' touchdown that started the second half, but the defense has kept things close. The Cowboys have been unable to complete their drives, as they've had to settle for field goals.

However, when the defense's back was against the wall as Kansas was driving deep into Cowboys territory, safety Kendal Daniels came through and pulled down an interception.

The interception came at a time in which the Jayhawks could have extended their lead into a two-score lead.

With the game continuing on, the Cowboys have been unable to put up a touchdown to turn this game around. They've maintained a slight deficit and have played with their backs against the wall the entire time.

Later on, backup cornerback Dylan Smith caught an interception of his own, but the Cowboys once again had to settle for a field goal, though Alex Hale missed this time around. The Cowboys remain down a couple of points.

The defense will have to step up in a huge way once again.
