The Oklahoma State Cowboys don't have much of a choice but to finish out their college football season with two wins. They finish their season out with Houston on the road before hosting BYU for their regular season finale.

With the way the Big 12 standings are right now, tie-breakers could get messy and the Cowboys don't control their destiny after their 45-3 loss to the UCF Knights. During his weekly press conference, Mike Gundy made things simple.

"I just know if we win, it helps. That's the only thing that I know," Gundy said.

Well, that's what the Cowboys will be aiming to do as they head to Houston for a 3 p.m. matchup on Saturday, which will be broadcast on ESPN2.

According to Action, the Cowboys are 7-point favorites over the Cougars for Saturday's matchup. Now, the Cowboys were very short favorites last Saturday in Orlando -- less than a field goal, even -- and they were stomped out of Orlando by UCF in a blowout loss.

It's got to be a little comforting to Cowboys fans to see the spread be a touchdown separation. The oddsmakers like Oklahoma State to win this win with a bit of a cushion. Now, Houston hasn't been the most consistent team this season. They played Texas close, but they took a huge loss to Kansas State, which perfectly encapsulates their season so far.

Also, the Cougars will be hungry for bowl eligibility -- which they need to win each of their remaining games to meet -- making this game that much more difficult for the Cowboys.

All-in-all, this game will be no rollover for the Cowboys. They'll have to travel to Houston and fight for a win. Expect a huge turnaround game on both sides of the ball.

With three losses, the Cowboys can still reach the 10-win mark, wether it comes from a bowl win or conference championship win (assuming the ball falls the right way for Oklahoma State).
