The final Bedlam for the foreseeable future ended with Oklahoma State fans rushing the field in celebration

OSU beat Oklahoma 27-24 after the Cowboys made a fourth-quarter comeback. The Cowboys’ last stop sealed the upset.

On a fourth-and-5 with less than a minute to go, OSU stopped a Dillon Gabriel pass to Drake Stoops to seal the win. Alan Bowman kneeled the ball twice to make the upset official.

With less than eight minutes left, Ollie Gordon put OSU in the lead with a 2-yard score. On the ensuing OU drive, Gabriel fumbled the snap and OSU recovered to set up an Alex Hale field goal.

Facing a critical fourth-and-12 with less than five minutes left, OU chose to kick a field goal down six. The decision paid off as OU got a stop and the ball back with less than two minutes but it did not matter.

Gordon again led OSU to a win with 137 yards on the ground and two touchdowns.

Gordon got the scoring started in Stillwater. After Bowman found Rashod Owens and Brennan Presley to get deep in OU territory, Gordon broke out to the left sideline and dove into the end zone.

The Sooners responded with a touchdown three plays later. Gavin Sawchuk ran 64 yards into the end zone to tie the game early.

Sawchuk led the Sooners’ rushing attack. Including his 64-yard touchdown on the Sooners’ first possession, he ran for 111 yards on 13 carries.

After a bad snap caused an OU fumble, Xavier Benson pounced on it to get OSU the ball back. The Cowboys capitalized on that opportunity as Alan Bowman used a quarterback draw to get in the end zone on the first play of the second quarter.

Bowman finished with 334 yards passing, finding Owens and Presley throughout the afternoon. Those two receivers combined for 18 catches and 233 yards.

With the Bedlam victory, OSU solidifies its spot in the Big 12 title race and sends OU to the SEC with a bitter ending.
