No. 8 Ole Miss vs. No. 5 Louisville: Sweet 16 Preview, How to Watch, Betting Odds

Ole Miss faces Louisville for the first time in program history on Friday in a Sweet 16 matchup.

After an epic win for the program on Sunday that saw Ole Miss upset No. 1 Stanford on their home floor, the Rebels head to their first Sweet 16 appearance since 2007.

Ole Miss now moves on to play Louisville for the first time in history.

Although it's the first time the two schools have played, there will be a familiar face on the opposing sideline for Ole Miss, as former assistant Shay Robinson is on the Louisville staff.

The Rebels' defense will be tasked with stopping the up-tempo style of play that Louisville offers, while also defending the deep ball. 

Louisville is led by senior guard Chrislyn Carr who has made 84 3-pointers on the season while shooting 43 percent from beyond the arc, and junior guard Hailey Van Lith, who is their leading scorer at 19.5 points per game.
