Four-star receiver Bralon Brown commits to Ole Miss
Ole Miss picked up their fourth commitment in the 2021 recruiting class on Tuesday night, adding four-star receiver Bralon Brown.
Brown, the nation's No. 35 ranked receiver and No. 195 overall player by the 247Sports Composite, becomes the highest rated recruit in the 2021 class to commit to Ole Miss. Both four-star players to be committed to Ole Miss in 2021, Brown and Adonai Mitchell, are receivers.
A South Florida product out of Chaminade-Madonna Prep School, Brown chose Ole Miss over offers from Auburn, Miami, Penn State and others.
This past season, Brown's junior year, he recorded 16 catches for 289 yards and four touchdowns in Chaminade offense that was primarily ground-based, helping lead them to their third straight Florida state championship. He transferred from Archbishop McCarthy (Southwest Ranches, Fla.) to Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood, Fla.) prior to the start of the 2019 season.
To this point, it's a skill position heavy group for Ole Miss in the 2021 recruiting class. Both four-star players they have, with Brown and Mitchell, are receivers. Their other two commitments, MJ Daniels and Chandler Pittman, are both three-star athletes from Mississippi.
Additionally on Tuesday, the Rebels were named to the top-10 list of the No. 1 player in the state of Mississippi, four-star receiver Isaiah Brevard of Southaven.
