Jaxson Dart Makes NIL History, Signs Revolutionary Deal With Nicholas Air
Jaxson Dart is no stranger to making pass plays on the field, but he is about to embark on a new kind of air travel this season.
According to reports from On3, Dart has signed an NIL deal with Nicholas Air, a private aviation company headquartered in Oxford, Mississippi. Arranged by Everett Sports Marketing, the deal reportedly "calls for Dart to have hours using Nicholas Air’s fleet of private jets for travel, training and philanthropy," and it is the first deal of its kind in college athletics.
Dart has become one of the most marketable quarterbacks in the nation, helping lead his Ole Miss Rebels to their first-ever 11-win season in 2023, capped off with a win in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. His return to Oxford for another year has sparked hopes that the Rebels can reach the newly-expanded College Football Playoff in 2024, a field that will now feature 12 teams.
