Kickoff Time, TV Announced For Ole Miss vs. Arkansas
The kickoff time and television details for next week's game between the Ole Miss Rebels and Arkansas Razorbacks have been announced by the Southeastern Conference, placing the game at 6:30 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
This game is part of a two-week homestand for the Rebels as they play host to the LSU Tigers this weekend at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
As the college football season enters Week 5, both Ole Miss and Arkansas are coming off a road loss with the Rebels falling to Alabama in Tuscaloosa and the Razorbacks narrowly missing an upset of LSU in Baton Rouge. Last season saw a blowout in this rivalry series with Arkansas capturing a 42-27 win in Fayetteville.
These two programs met for the first time in 1908, and they have played every season since 1981. Prior to Arkansas' admittance to the SEC in 1991, the Razorbacks and Rebels met regularly on the field, and Ole Miss is Arkansas' most-played current SEC opponent outside of Texas A&M.
Some of the more memorable moments in this series have come over the last 10 years. For instance, Arkansas pulled off the famous (or "infamous," if you're an Ole Miss fan) 4th and 25 play in 2015 to knock off the Rebels in overtime, a loss that eventually kept Ole Miss out of the SEC Championship Game. Ole Miss also has some positive moments, however, including a nail-biting 52-51 win in Oxford in 2021.
Below are the details for kickoff and television when the Rebels and Razorbacks meet for the 70th time on the gridiron.
