The Ole Miss Rebels will be rocking a classic look when they face the Auburn Tigers on Saturday night.

OXFORD, Miss. -- Say "welcome back" to the Ole Miss Rebels' navy helmets.

For the first time since they hosted the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in Week 3, the Rebels will be donning their dark blue helmets this weekend when they face the Auburn Tigers at Jordan-Hare Stadium, pairing the lids with their white jerseys and white pants. Ole Miss, as usual, revealed their uniforms for the weekend on Thursday night, and you can view the reveal below.

Ole Miss defensive lineman J.J. Pegues was used in this uniform modeling exercise as he prepares to face the program where he began his collegiate career. With the Rebels aiming to wear 12 different uniform combinations once again in 2023, this is their seventh unique combo to roll out so far this season.

Ole Miss is favored in Saturday's game against the Tigers, but that doesn't always mean anything. Historically, Ole Miss has struggled when playing on The Plains, only winning in Auburn, Ala., three times in series history with the most recent coming in 2015. Granted, some of these games were played at neutral sites early in the history of this rivalry, but still--the Rebels typically struggle on the road against the Tigers.

Throw in the fact that former Ole Miss head coach Hugh Freeze is now the Tigers' head coach, and you've got all the makings of an interesting showdown on Saturday night.

Kickoff between Ole Miss and Auburn is set for 6 p.m. CT, and the game will be televised on ESPN.
