Rebels Land Commitment From 4-Star WR Noreel White

The Ole Miss Rebels landed a big commitment from wide receiver Noreel White.

The Ole Miss Rebels continued their pursuit of Noreel White, and it paid dividends Friday.

White, a four-star class of 2024 wide receiver, announced his commitment to Ole Miss because the Rebels "just stayed with" him throughout his recruitment. He chose Ole Miss over Arkansas — where he was previously committed to — LSU and Mississippi State.

“[The Rebels] have been very consistent with me and they never gave up on me," White told On3. "That meant something. They showed me I was important to them and how much they care for us in-state guys. Ole Miss made me feel like I can stay home and be one of the best receivers in the program.”

How long has White known he wanted to be a Rebel?

“I knew about three weeks ago that I was going to Ole Miss,” White said. “The environment is different. It is what I want to be in. The coaching staff made a difference with me too. They all want to be there and they plan to stay there. Then I am staying home and I don’t have to leave to have that support. That feels great."

White committed on Instagram live while at St. Martin High School in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He pulled out an Arkansas book bag before putting on an Ole Miss hat.

White is the 21st commitment in the Rebels' 2024 class and the fourth wide receiver pledge in the cycle.
