OXFORD, Miss. -- The Ole Miss Rebels won big on the football field last Saturday, beating the LSU Tigers 55-49 at home in what will go down as one of the greatest matchups in Magnolia Bowl history.

It was also a big night of recruiting for the Rebels, as multiple high school prospects were in attendance for their thriller versus LSU. 2024 five-star defensive lineman and Ole Miss commit Kamarion Franklin was one of the many recruits present for the Week 5 battle.

Entering Week 6, the Rebels have another home SEC matchup queued up for Saturday night against the Arkansas Razorbacks, which means more high-profile recruits will be in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

2024 Four-star tight end Caleb Odom is one of the players who is set to visit Ole Miss this weekend, according to Zach Berry of On3. Odom is rated as the No. 3 tight end nationally and the No. 9 recruit in the state of Georgia in the 2024 cycle.

Odom also has an official visit with the Rebels scheduled for Friday, Nov. 3.

The Alabama Crimson Tide commit is one of the most sought-after recruits in the upcoming class, as he has received offers from programs such as Ole Miss, the Auburn Tigers, Florida Gators, Georgia Bulldogs, Miami Hurricanes, Tennessee Volunteers, Texas A&M Aggies, LSU Tigers, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Michigan Wolverines, and Oklahoma Sooners to name a few.

The Carrollton, Ga., native has received an offer from every SEC program except the Arkansas Razorbacks.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound high school senior needs to put on weight if he wants to be successful at his position, but that will get straightened out once national signing day passes.

According to On3's recruiting prediction machine, the Rebels have less than a one percent chance of landing Odom's commitment.

The Rebels will host Arkansas in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at 6:30 p.m. CT on Saturday and the game will be televised on SEC Network.
