WATCH: Quinshon Judkins Puts Ole Miss Up Early vs. Georgia Bulldogs
The Ole Miss Rebels are out to an early lead vs. the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday night.
After getting the football to start the game in what might be the biggest regular season game in program history, the Ole Miss Rebels were not going to hold anything back vs. the Bulldogs.
And that was evident from the start, with head coach Lane Kiffin electing to go for it on fourth down deep in the Rebels' own territory at their own 35.
Luckily for the Rebels, that risk paid off, with Ole Miss converting, and turning that chance into a score.
Rebels star running back Quinshon Judkins was responsible for the score, running it in from 15 yards out to give Ole Miss.
The Bad news for the Rebels? The Bulldogs answered very quickly, marching down the field for their own score on their next drive.
Judkins, who entered the season as the Rebels' most publicized player, got off to a slow start this season but has picked things up over the last few weeks, culminating in a massive three-touchdown day vs. the Texas A&M Aggies last week.
Coming into the game, Judkins had rushed 169 times for 793 yards and 12 touchdowns - 102 yards of which came last week vs. the Aggies.
Last week also marked the fourth time in the last five outings that Judkins had eclipsed the century mark for the Rebels.
With four carries for 27 yards and a score on the first drive for Ole Miss, the Rebels star is well on his way to doing the same vs. the Bulldogs.
