Morning Report: Rebels Basketball Lands Commitment From Elite Big Man

1. Ole Miss basketball landed a commitment from 2024 big man John Bol on Monday.
Chris Beard made a splash on the recruiting trail with the commitment of John Bol on Monday. Bol is a four-star center out of Atlanta, and his commitment caused waves on social media. You can read more about his talents here.
2. Rebels running back Quinshon Judkins has been named to the Maxwell Award Preseason Watchlist.
Judkins continues to reel in preseason accolades, this time being named to the watchlist for an award given to the top college football player in the country. The Rebels have a history with this award with Eli Manning earning the honor in the 2003 season.
3. Can former Rebel Jonathan Mingo make a splash with the Carolina Panthers in his rookie season?
Mingo is currently attempting to pave his way to an important role in his new NFL offense. You can read more here.
