Helping usher in the first season of the Trent Bray era at Oregon State will be about 16 new faces that the staff has managed to sign so far. Considering roughly two dozen players transferred out with the departure of Jonathan Smith, the Beavers will need the help.

Fortunately, many of Oregon State's top transfer portal signings for 2024 bring with them a wealth of college football experience. These four players are great examples of that.

WR Darrius Clemons - Michigan

After graduating from Portland's Westview High School as a four-star recruit and the #1 prospect in Oregon in 2022, Clemons spent his first two seasons at Michigan with some small contributions to their national championship. The 6'3" prospect can come into his own back in his home state after 22 appearances for the Wolverines.

CB Kobe Singleton - Liberty

Another PNW product, Singleton played his high school ball at Chiawana High School where he led the state in interceptions as a junior. He was an FCS All-American at Southern Utah in 2021. He had 67 tackles with six interceptions, 24 pass breakups and one fumble recovery in two seasons at Liberty as well, including their Conference USA championship last season.

RB Anthony Hankerson - Colorado

In a year where Oregon State needs some difference makers to step up with the loss of Damien Martiinez, Hankerson could very well be one of those guys. He appeared in 20 games in two seasons for Colorado where he had 593 rush yards on 146 carries.

DL Josh Griffis - Tarleton State

A 6'4" 236-pound edge player, Griffis has two seasons of eligibility remaining to be an impact guy in the front seven. Last season at Tarleton State (FCS), Griffis posted five sacks and 8.5 tackles for loss in 11 contests. Fortunately for Bray and his staff, he may not have reached his ceiling yet, either.
