WATCH: Pac-12 Releases Media Day Video "After Hours With the Beavs & Cougs"

Getting some insights into the futures of Washington State and Oregon State with some of the most important names

The Pac-12 hosted an After Hours event in Las Vegas on July 10th to celebrate the histories of Oregon State and Washington State. A number of guests stopped by to share their memories of the programs, as well as their thoughts on the future.

Head Coaches Trent Bray and Jake Dickert spoke first. Both men talked about the commitment shown by the coaches and athletes who have stuck with the programs, and that they won't underestimate the Mountain West schools.

Washington State Quarterbacks Jack Thompson and Ryan Leaf and Oregon State Running Back Steven Jackson were then interviewed. All three discussed what their alma maters meant to them, and highlighted the special character you need to play for the Beavers of the Cougars.

Next, it was time to hear from some current players. Oregon State's Jermaine Terry and Jaden Robinson, and Washington State's Kyle Williams and Kyle Thornton, talked about their upbringings, the struggles they've faced and how they decided and OSU and WSU.

Finally, new Pac-12 Commissioner Teresa Gould came out stage to reiterate her commitment to fighting for the student athletes in Corvallis and Pullman.
