Four Oregon State Men's Soccer Players Earn Preseason All-WCC Honors
In addition to being picked first in the WCC preseason coaches poll, the Oregon State Beavers landed four men's soccer players on preseason all-league team, more than any other squad in the league. Coaches cannot vote for their own teams and student-athletes.
Portland had three selections, San Francisco had two, San Diego and Loyola Marymount had one each.
Beavs' senior defender Fran Cortijo, junior midfielder Arnau Farnos, senior forward Ellis Spikner and senior midfielder Dante Williams were all selected.

Spikner contributed four goals and two assists while WIlliams, a two-time Pac-12 honorable mention, had seven goals and six assists throughout last year's historic season.
The Beavers are set to open the season on August 22 when they host UC Irvine in Corvallis.
