Oregon State Soccer's Alejandro Silva Named Among Top NCAA Players For 2024
This week, Top Drawer Soccer released their lists of the top 100 men's and women's NCAA soccer players for the 2024 season. On the men's side, Oregon State midfielder Alejandro Silva cracked the list at #77.
Silva, a graduate student from Salt Lake City, Utah and transfer from Utah Valley University, was an All-WAC selection four seasons in a row at this previous school. Appearing in 56 games for the Wolverines, Silva totaled 10 goals with 17 assists. Silva played for Real Salt Lake's academy program prior to his time in college.

Oregon State began the season as the #4 overall team in the country, per the United Soccer Coaches poll. The Beavs have started the season 1-0 after a 2-1 win over UC Irvine on August 22. The season continues for the Beavs on Monday, August 26 against a group of familiar faces: the Washington Huskies in Seattle.
