One of Oregon's top targets will be back in Eugene this weekend.

2024 Orem (Ut.) tight end/wide receiver Roger Saleapaga will take his official visit to Oregon on November 11 when the Ducks face off against the USC Trojans, he told Ducks Digest.

The upcoming trip will be his second to Oregon this fall, as he was also in Eugene when the Ducks played Colorado.

"That trip was fun," he said. "Colorado offered me too, but it was fun to see Oregon win and put some numbers up on the board. I'm an offensive player so I love seeing that happen."

Saleapaga has been a frequent visitor in Eugene and his admiration for the program only continues to grow as Dan Lanning tries to take the Ducks back to the top of the Pac-12.

"I always loved Oregon. I was there I think five times now," the Utah product said. "I always love going back to Eugene. Oregon's still so me. Still high up there on my board. I love the coaches. What Coach (Dan) Lanning is building up there I really love."

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound playmaker took his most recent official visit to Utah when the Ducks played the Utes and spoke about that trip.

"I love Utah, He said. "Utah's very high up there for me as far as one of the schools that I really want to go to..I've always had a good relationship with them, obviously with them being my home school, it helps a lot too."

Aside from his trip to Oregon this weekend, Saleapaga has a pair of additional official visits that will take him into SEC country to see Tennesse and Auburn--two other schools schools in his top 10.

"I have Tennessee vs. Georgia (Nov. 18) and Auburn vs. Bama (Nov. 25)," he said.

The Tigers have been one school that's generated a lot of buzz during his recruitment and he offered his thoughts on Auburn.

"I went out there I would say two months ago to visit, just for an unofficial. I had a great time, so I decided to go back on an official. I loved Auburn when I went out and I probably will love it when I go back out. I love it."

As for the story with him and the Josh Heupel's Vols?

"The Vols offered me a long time ago," Saleapga said. "But they've been in my recruiting process for a while and I've always had a good relationship with them and the whole recruiting staff and I went to go visit them earlier this year.

"I had a great time out there. They've always been in my running, so I'm gonna take a visit there one more time before my decision. Always a good relationship with them and I love the Vols."

With three pivotal official visits on the horizon, a commitment isn't far off.

"I'm deciding on December 1."

Saleapaga has a couple of things he's placing a strong emphasis on as he hones in on his college commitment.

"I would say the people. People matter a lot to me," he said. "I'm gonna spend the next four years of my life there, so that matters a lot to me. I want them to be friendly and I want them to be coaching me."

What needs to happen between now and his commitment date?

"I would say just keep praying on it. My decision will be based on where God wants me. So I'll just keep praying on it, keep talking it over with my parents and my grandparents."
