Penn State Continues Its 2025 Recruiting Roll

Brady O'Hara, a 4-star prospect from Pittsburgh, joins a 2025 class growing rapidly after the White Out.

The Penn State White Out continued to pay recruiting dividends Tuesday, as the Nittany Lions received their third 2025 commitment in three days. Brady O'Hara, a 4-star prospect from Pittsburgh, announced that he will join Penn State's 2025 recruiting class. O'Hara joined Tikey Hayes of Aliquippa and DJ McClary of New Jersey in announcing their commitments post-White Out.

O'Hara (6-6, 245 pounds) plays tight end and defensive end for North Catholic and projects as a tight end for Penn State. He chose Penn State from an offer sheet that includes Pitt, West Virginia and Wisconsin. O'Hara attended Penn State's 31-0 win over Iowa in last Saturday's White Out.

O'Hara is the No. 8 player in Pennsylvania for the 2025 recruiting cycle, according to the 247Sports Composite. He also is a top-20 athlete nationally. O'Hara and Hayes gave Penn State commitments from two of Pennsylvania's top-11 players in the 2025 recruiting class.

O'Hara gained more than 20 pounds during the offseason and attended several summer camps to improve his pass-catching abilities. North Catholic coach Chris Rizzo told Triblive this summer that O'Hara will play several spots in the team's offense.

Penn State's 2025 recruiting class, which has five committed players, moved to No. 8 in the very early national rankings, according to 247Sports.
