Sports Illustrated Publishers' 2020 Preseason All-Big Ten Team

SI's Big Ten publishers announce their inaugural preseason All-Conference.

The annual Big Ten media days, originally scheduled for this week in Chicago, were canceled, and now we await a potentially similar fate for the season itself.

Until then, let's take a look at what a Big Ten season might look like. SI's Big Ten publishers this week will hold our own virtual media days, tracking the top players, contenders and stories of what, for now, is a conference-only season.

First up: Our preseason All-Big Ten team, which includes four players from Penn State. Michigan led with five all-conference players, all on defense.

A few notes on the format. The offense includes one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, two offensive tackles, two offensive guards and one center. The defense features four linemen, four linebackers and four defensive backs, based on various programs' schemes.

Plus, who's our pick to win an unconventional Big Ten season?
