PITTSBURGH -- Former Pittsburgh Panthers guard Femi Odukale has found where he'll be playing his college basketball next year.

Odukale announced on Twitter that he will be a part of newly minted head coach Shaheen Halloway's first recruiting class in East Orange, New Jersey.

Odukale spent two years at Pitt after arriving in 2020 as a member of Panthers head coach Jeff Capel's second recruiting class. He started in 33 of the 53 games he played in, including 28 of the 31 he played in 2021.

He struggled with turnovers and 3-point shooting at times -- his career 1.28 assist-to-turnover ratio and 33% clip from distance prove as much -- but he was still a capable player for the Panthers. The 6-foot-5 guard averaged 10.8 points, 3.4 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game last season as one of Pitt's lead ball-handlers.

Seton Hall recruited Oduklae when he was a three-star recruit out of Springfield Commonwealth Academy in Massachusetts. He spurned them once before but not twice. Odukale has three years of eligibility remaining.
