PITTSBURGH -- Pat Narduzzi added to the Pitt Panthers' 2023 recruiting class over the weekend after flipping a 2023 offensive lineman that had committed to Memphis earlier this month. Fairburn, Georgia native Brian "B.J." Williams announced on Twitter that he will be a Panther, not a Tiger, next year.

Williams, who stands at 6'4 and weighs 270 pounds, is unrated on 247Sports and pegged as a three-star prospect by Rivals. He held 16 offers in all from Syracuse, Navy, Kansas, UAB and others. He picked up five offers from the Blazers plus Holy Cross, Austin Peay, Liberty and East Carolina after committing to Pitt on Friday.

Williams is the 17th player from the class of 2023 to commit to Pitt and the fifth offensive lineman. The class currently sits at 33rd nationally in 247Sports' team rankings.
