Gamecocks To Appear At End Of SEC Media Days
Head coach Shane Beamer and South Carolina's football program have a long way to go before we get to what's better known as "talking season," the quiet summer period where everyone waits anxiously for football to come back into their lives.
The biggest event by far during talking season is SEC Media Days. Representatives from the different team's media beats get the unique opportunity to talk to different coaches, players, and media personalities.
The SEC's version of this event draws the most eyeballs by far due to the caché the conference carries. On Thursday morning, the conference announced when each team would partake in the festivities, and Shane Beamer and South Carolina's Football representatives will appear on Thursday.
2023 could shape up as Beamer's best chance yet to put the Gamecocks fully into the national spotlight, so it'll surely be interesting to see the kind of fanfare he'll get in Nashville. They will share the podium with Ole Miss and Tennessee on the last day of the event, two other programs on the rise.
