BREAKING: South Carolina Lands Transfer O-Lineman From Oklahoma
Considering the issues that the South Carolina Gamecocks ran into along the offensive in terms of quality play and depth in 2023, Shane Beamer and his staff wanted to land some players in the trenches. They secured a commitment from North Carolina Central's Torricelli Simpkins III just three days ago, and now have Oklahoma transfer Aaryn Parks in the fold.
Parks was rated the 7th-best offensive guard in the 2020 recruiting class by 247Sports Composite rankings and played in nine games during his four seasons in Norman. Beamer has a connection with Parks as he was a part of the Sooners staff in the 2020 season before coming to Columbia.
